What Logbook keeps
What you log (moments, Days answers, goals, worries and check-ins), your process settings and alert times, your email address, how you sign in, and your time zone.
Where
On your iPhone and Watch first. If you sign in, also in your Logbook account, stored with Supabase and served by Vercel. Your entries are private to your account.
Calendar and heart rate, only if you allow them
The calendar event happening when you log a moment is offered as its label. Your recent heart rate from the Watch is saved with that moment. Neither is read otherwise.
AI Analysis, only when you ask
Your labelled moments (labels, notes, times) are sent to Anthropic to group them into themes. Nothing is sent unless you press Analyse.
Emails
Check-in emails, and a note if Moments goes quiet for two days, sent with Resend. Every email has a stop link, and Settings has a switch. Enwaken Life Book's newsletter only if you ticked that box.
What Enwaken sees
Counts (how many entries, when you last logged), never what you wrote. Enwaken can technically open the database to run and fix the service, but doesn't read entries.
No ads, no tracking, nothing sold
Deleting
In Settings, Delete account deletes your account and everything in it, right away, on the iPhone or the web. Or email hello@enwaken.com from your account's address and we'll do it.
